Terms of Service — Domain Audit Systems

1. Service Provider

Domain Audit Systems is a service operated by T-rise. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to T-rise. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or business subscribing to the service.

2. Service Description

Domain Audit Systems provides an ongoing DMARC monitoring and configuration service. The subscription includes:

Initial DMARC record configuration and DNS publishing guidance
Ongoing monitoring of your domain's DMARC enforcement status
Analysis of DMARC aggregate reports (rua= data) from receiving mail servers
Recommendations for policy escalation toward p=reject enforcement
Email support for DMARC-related questions during your active subscription

The free domain checker tool available at domainauditsystems.com is a separate, no-account diagnostic utility and is not subject to these Terms.

3. Activation Requirements

Your subscription becomes active upon confirmation of payment. To receive the full service, you must provide your domain name and grant us the ability to assist with your DNS configuration (typically by providing DNS login credentials or by applying changes we specify). Service configuration cannot begin until this information is received.

If DNS access or domain information is not provided within 14 days of subscription start, your service period begins regardless, and no extension will be granted for delayed activation.

4. DMARC Enforcement and Scope

We configure and monitor DMARC records in public DNS on your behalf. We do not access your email servers, email content, SPF signing infrastructure, or DKIM private keys. Our service is limited to the DNS layer of DMARC implementation.

Achieving full enforcement (p=reject) requires that all legitimate email sending services associated with your domain are correctly configured with SPF and DKIM authentication. You are responsible for ensuring that all authorized senders are identified before enforcement is escalated. We will advise based on DMARC reports, but the accuracy of your sender inventory is your responsibility.

5. Billing

The subscription fee is $29.00 USD per month, billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card on file will be charged automatically on each billing date unless you cancel in advance.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@domainauditsystems.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the period ends and no further charges will be made.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate domain and contact information at the time of subscription
Respond to setup communications within a reasonable timeframe
Notify us promptly if your DNS provider, authorized senders, or domain configuration changes
Not use the service for any domain you do not own or are not authorized to configure
Maintain control of your DNS and not make conflicting changes to records we are managing

9. No Security Guarantee

DMARC is one layer of email authentication and does not constitute a complete email security solution. We do not guarantee that your domain will be protected from all forms of phishing, fraud, or spoofing. Actual protection depends on correct SPF and DKIM configuration for all authorized senders, which is outside the scope of DNS-layer DMARC management alone.

The results and recommendations provided by our service are informational. We are not liable for any security incident, data breach, or financial loss arising from email-based attacks against your domain.

10. Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to provide continuous monitoring and timely support. However, we do not guarantee specific uptime, response times, or uninterrupted service. Monitoring may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, T-rise's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan. You agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
