1. Who We Are

T-rise operates Domain Audit Systems at domainauditsystems.com, a DMARC monitoring and configuration service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

When you subscribe to Domain Audit Systems, we collect:

  • Contact information — your name and email address, used for service communication and billing
  • Domain information — the domain name(s) you want monitored
  • Payment information — processed through Stripe; we receive a billing reference but not your raw card number (see Section 5)
  • Communication records — emails you send to our support address
  • DMARC aggregate report data — XML reports sent by receiving mail servers to your DMARC rua= address, which we process on your behalf

The free domain checker on our homepage transmits only the domain you enter to Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS resolver. We do not log, store, or receive that query.

3. What We Do Not Access

Our service is limited to the DNS layer of DMARC configuration. We do not access:

  • Email content, message bodies, attachments, or subject lines
  • Your email inbox, outbox, or mail server logs
  • DKIM private keys or SPF signing infrastructure
  • Customer data held in your eCommerce platform
  • Website traffic, analytics, or server access logs

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Configure and maintain your DMARC DNS record
  • Monitor your domain's DMARC enforcement status
  • Analyze aggregate reports and provide recommendations
  • Send service updates, setup instructions, and monitoring alerts
  • Process billing and manage your subscription via Stripe
  • Respond to your support inquiries

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

5. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are handled by Stripe. When you subscribe, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription reference for billing management purposes.

6. Service Providers

We share data with the following categories of service providers solely to operate the service:

  • DMARC monitoring infrastructure — used to process aggregate report data and provide monitoring dashboards
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
  • Email delivery providers — used solely to send transactional messages (setup instructions, monitoring alerts, invoices)

These providers are permitted to use your data only as needed to provide services to us on your behalf, and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

7. International Data Processing

Some of our service providers, including Stripe, operate servers in the United States and other countries. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information for the duration of your active subscription. After cancellation, we retain your data for up to 90 days to allow for re-activation or billing dispute resolution. After that period, personal data is deleted or anonymized from our active systems. DMARC aggregate report data may be retained in summarized, non-personally-identifiable form for service improvement purposes.

9. Your Choices

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@domainauditsystems.com. To request deletion of your personal data, contact us at the same address. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to retention obligations for billing records.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. The current version is always available at domainauditsystems.com/privacy.html.
