Cancellation Policy
1. Monthly Subscription
Domain Audit Systems is billed as a monthly subscription at $29.00 USD per month. There are no long-term commitments or annual contracts. You may cancel at any time without penalty.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, send an email to support@domainauditsystems.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include the domain name associated with your account.

We aim to confirm all cancellation requests within 24 hours on business days (Japan Standard Time). If you do not receive a confirmation within that timeframe, please follow up to ensure your request was received.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive monitoring and support access until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.
Example: If your billing renews on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 3rd, your service will remain active until the 15th, and no charge will be made on that date.
4. If Setup Has Not Been Completed
If you cancel before completing setup and want to resume at a later date, you will need to re-subscribe and restart the onboarding process.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for the current or any past billing periods, including cases where the service was not actively used. Cancellation stops all future billing; it does not initiate a refund for the period already paid.
If you believe a charge was made after a cancellation was requested, contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve within 5 business days.
6. Your DNS Records After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your DMARC TXT record will remain in your DNS as-is. We will not remove it automatically. This means any enforcement you have achieved (e.g. p=reject) will continue to function independently in DNS.
If you wish to remove or modify the record after cancellation, you may do so through your DNS provider at any time. We recommend keeping the record in place to maintain whatever protection level has been configured.
